President | | Christine Pak | The President is the point-of-contact and responsible for all PTSA activities on campus and within the state PTA organization. The president presides over the board meetings, oversees the committee chairs and works hand-in-hand with the school's administration. |
Vice President | | Donna Kim | Works as the primary aide to the president and performs president’s duties in their absence. |
Treasurer | | Richard Kim | Maintains permanent records to track unit funds and financial transactions. Chairs budget committee and prepares annual budget for adoption by the membership. Prepares reports for every board and membership meeting and an annual financial report. Ensures taxes and reports required by PTSA bylaws, insurance or federal and state governments are completed and submitted by the due dates. |
Recording Secretary | | Kavetha Velusamy | Takes minutes at Board and membership meetings, Maintains and preserves PTSA records and important documents to pass on at the end of the term. |
Financial Secretary | | Mike Cho | Works closely with the treasurer and other financial officers in handling PTSA funds. Keeps a record of all PTSA funds collected, deposited and disbursed. Prepares monthly and annual financial reports. |
Auditor | | Vicky Kim | Audits the books and financial records of PTSA to determine their accuracy. Presents written reports on audits to the Board and the membership for adoption. Forwards copies of adopted audits to council/district PTSA as indicated in unit bylaws. |
Historian | | Jenny Lee | Captures, assembles and preserves a record of activities and achievements of PTSA. Collects volunteer hours for PTSA meetings and events. Presents brief overview of PTSA year at the end of the school year. |
Parliamentarian | | Donna Kim | Assists the president to manage meetings and advises on parliamentary procedure. Chairs Bylaws committee to review unit Bylaws each year and revise Bylaws every three years. Arranges nominating committee’s first meeting, providing information on nomination and election process. |
